December Keynote Speaker
Kerry Ann Wallaert is the Educational Outreach Manager in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. She has a bachelor degree in English Writing from Northern Michigan University, a master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University, and is currently working on her doctorate degree in Educational Policy Studies at Georgia State University. As a student affairs professional, Kerry has 17 years of experience in housing and residence life, leadership and civic engagement, career coaching, admission, scholarships, academic coaching, and recruitment and retention. A certified Gallup Strengths Coach and John Maxwell Leadership Coach, she infuses strengths-based coaching and leadership principles into every facet of her work.
Outside of her academic and professional world, Kerry serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer in Georgia. She enjoys hiking, music, coffee, and spending time with her family and fiancé.
