Membership Payment

Regular Members Use the Pay Now button below to submit the $65 annual membership fee.

*Note* if you need to pay for more than one member with the same credit card, please email us at [email protected] with the names of the members so we can invoice you with one total for payment to be submitted. If you submit more than one payment with the same credit card, you will encounter payment errors, and the card will be flagged as fraudulent by PayPal. ​

Student Members will be provided an invoice with instructions to pay via email once student status is confirmed. 

​Please ensure that the member's email address submitted with payment matches the Membership Registration Form.

The registration form and the accompanying payment provides the registrant with a one-year annual membership into the Emerald Coast Academic Advising Network (ECAAN) - an Allied member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). The dues will be payable annually before September 1st per Article III/Section IV of the bylaws. After September 1st the membership cost includes a $15 late fee.

To ensure the payment is applied appropriately,
  • Use the Pay Now button in the green square on this page (to the left) to begin the checkout process. 
  • Confirm that the email provided with payment matches the email provided on the member registration form.  ​
  • ​A PayPal account is not necessary, nor recommended, if the email used to log into your PayPal account does not match your membership registration email. 
  • Instead, choose Debit or Credit Card on the next screen if using a card, or choose Venmo if preferred.
  • Enter the email address used for ECAAN membership when asked for an email address
  • Complete the payment information requested on the following screens. 
  • If you are submitting payment for someone else, please be sure to use the email address provided with the membership registration so payment can be matched up and there are no delays in processing.
